Please not that all items are hand-made.

If the item that you place an order on is not in stock we will make the item.

We are working on making the order as soon as possible.

Your order can there for be delayed up to three weeks. But you will get info on the status on your order.

The leather is not surface treated there for the skin has marks and scratches. We are working on avoiding them as much as possible when we are cutting out the bag. But it may some time appear.

GENERAL

 

If you like to place an order and want it shipped to an adress outside of Sweden, please contact us thru mail or phone first. In most cases we can deliver the goods to you.

You must be 18 years of age to place an order, minors must have permission in writing from a parent / legal guardian.

We aim, to present the most recent, accurate and reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be instances of incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee that a photograph depicts the product exactly. Though we apologise for any inconvenience these errors may incur, we reserve the right to amend or update product information at any time, without prior notice.

 

SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

 

All orders are shipped with DHL and are fully insured.

Swedish orders takes 1-3 working days

Shipping rate are 100 SEK

Free shipping on orders over 2000 SEK

When shipping Art the cost is 400 SEK

 

 

RETURNS & EXHANGES 

 

You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days after that you have received your package. The product/products must be returned unused and in mint condition. All tags and original packaging

Do not send items back by putting an address note directly on to the box.  The product is in that case ruined and the exchange or refund will therefore not be accepted. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will not be repayed.

Only the cost for the purchased items will be refunded. The money transaction to your account will be made as soon as possible after that we have recieved the reurned package. It can be as long as two weeks though. If you wish to make an exchange to another product, you will be charged for the difference by credit card.

If the product is cheaper the difference will be put back into the account stated on the return form as soon as possible. If you find that the product/products have been damaged during shipping or that we have sent you the wrong product/size, contact us by e-mail or phone for further instructions on how to make a complaint.

In the case of an accepted complaint, the original shipping will be repayed along with the price for the purchased item/items. If you attach your shipping receipt, your return shipping will also be repayed.

We accept most credit card such as VISA, Eurocard, American Express and Master Card. Credit card payment is made in collaboration with DIBS, Scandinavias largest company for online payment solutions. All transactions are encypted and 100% secured.

All prices except the ART include 20% VAT (Swedish tax). Prices shown in other currencies than SEK are only indicative prices and vary with the Swedish krona exchange rate.
